1. Given the OBR’s updated forecast that inflation will average around 3.5% in 2025 and remain above target until 2027, how do you expect this to affect your pay, contract and service-delivery budgets over the next two years?

2. With no real-terms uplift in core funding announced in today’s Budget, how confident are you in meeting your 2026/27 and 2027/28 MTFS savings targets?
